• The house can accommodate up to 6 persons
  • Camping in the garden with a tent or motorhome is not allowed
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Water and electricity are included in the price. Abnormal use will incur a surcharge
  • There is internet available
  • Waste is sorted into several recyclable categories
  • The house should be returned to the state it was found. Everything returned to it’s original place
  • No oil/fat to be placed in sinks
  • No smoking inside
  • No bachelor parties or events
  • No confetti or party products
  • All breakages to be reported
