Privacy legislation does provide a number of restrictions on this right, so that it does not apply to all data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THESE RIGHTS?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Holiday home J\u00e9r\u00f4me has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). This person monitors the application of the legal obligations regarding data protection and can address you if you have questions about the processing of your personal data.<\/p>\n<p>We will send you an answer as soon as possible: no later than 30 days after we have received your request and proof of your identity. Using your rights normally costs you nothing.
